Diego Godin started the game but had to be subbed out due to a horrifying mouth injury that has made headlines. The Colchonero captain received an elbow to the face from Brazilian goalkeeper Neto in a collision and did lose some teeth in the process.
The 31-year-old centre-back played 51 minutes in the game and had a clearance, four tackles, two accurate long balls and a perfect 100-percent pass accuracy. Jose Maria Gimenez was brought in to replace Stefan Savic, who also picked up an injury in the 29th minute of the match.

Gimenez played 61 minutes in the match and had four clearances, two interceptions, two tackles and five accurate long balls. The 23-year-old defender should get some more playing time soon as Godin and Savic could be absent for an extended period of time.
